Great for when you’re craving a hearty corn dish but don’t have any fresh corn on hand. It also serves lots of people with only a minimum amount of preparation.

Instructions:

To begin, preheat your oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit and then grease a large casserole dish. Light beat eggs in a large bowl. Combine with the melted butter, sugar and milk. Add in the cornstarch and whisk. Stir in both kinds of corn. Blend thoroughly. Transfer your creation into the casserole dish. Bake for 1 hour and enjoy.


  • 5 eggs
  • 1/3 cup butter, melted
  • 1/4 cup white sugar
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 4 tablespoons cornstarch
  • 1 (15.25 ounce) can whole kernel corn
  • 2 (14.75 ounce) cans cream-style corn
