Lots of corn, lots of herbs, lots of people.

Flavourful and fresh, it’s a delicious recipe for summer and a new take on corn on the cob. Great for a when you want to prepare a meal for your family that tastes even better than it looks.

Instructions:

Mix the margarine, herbs, and salt and pepper together in a small bowl. Then spread a tablespoon of the mixture over each ear of corn. Wrap each one in thick aluminum foil and grill over medium heat for 10-15 minutes. Turn consistently until corn is tender.


  • 1⁄2 cup butter or 1⁄2 cup margarine, softened
  • 2 tablespoons minced fresh parsley
  • 2 tablespoons minced fresh chives
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1⁄2 teaspoon salt
  • 1⁄4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 8 ears sweet corn, husked
